Trouble

I'm in a first world quandary. I can't find Easter dresses for the girls and I'm getting a little bit worried.  We have gone Costco dresses for years, but there has been no love for them lately by the girls.  The two best things about getting seasonal dresses there is that they are visually delicious and quite affordable.  Alas, the downsides are accumulating.  The dresses either have skin-scraping sequins or uncomfortable seams.  The dresses don't always go up to size 12 for Malynn.  Heidi is so thickly built that I have to get a bigger size to button the top shut, but then the dress is way too long.  (Everything is too long on Malynn, so I can't count that against the dress in particular.)  I have scanned Zulily every day waiting for the right dresses.  Lots of cute dresses, but they either don't have sleeves, are more than I want to spend, and I can't get enough sizes in the same/same-ish style.  Grr!
In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal.
I could dust off my sewing machine and make some dresses.
I can barely hear you laughing over my own maniacal laughter.

last year's Easter dress-- the only time she wore it

Oh, Helen. I actually have some skirt patterns I could dig out and make. Once I start to sew, I remember liking it, it's just hard to get in that mindset.
I found dresses at Kohls that didn't break the bank. They aren't the gorgeous dresses, but they'll do if I can convince Malynn that coral isn't pink and Heidi that any of the colors are okay.
