Pioneer Village with Alison's class

It's a rare event when I can go on a field trip with any of the kids.  With Heidi in Kindergarten, things are looking up in that regard.  This is a tiny little village out past Puyallup.  It's privately owned and not well staffed, but it was a great experience.

 Bobby the Horse
In the school room.  Behave, or "you'll get a strap"!

 Doing laundry
Getting her hair curled in Becky's cabin

 Churning butter
 All dressed up

The blacksmith's shop.  It was only 5 minutes later that Alison was burned by a falling red hot horseshoe.  Not well staffed.
 Lunch!

I wanted to take the boys there when I heard about it. Thanks for the descriptions! It is always helpful to know what to expect! ;)
